Your Credit Card Information

Your credit card is handled by PayPal. We never see your credit card information. They credit our account, we mail your book. We have had no problems so far.

Your Email

We are given your email address and we will send you a message when we ship your order. We do not give your email address to anyone or add it to a database. We seldom use email for advertising.

Your Address

We keep your address so that we might mail you something someday. While we disapprove of unsolicited mass email marketing, we like getting stuff in the mail, as long as it is somewhat well done. So far we have sent mail art only to very small groups of people. If you don’t ever want to get anything in the mail from us (besides your orders), let us know and we will strike your address from our list. Conversely, feel free to let us know if you move.

Your Name

As far as we are concerned, nobody need ever know you bought anything from Spineless Books. However, unless you pay for your books in cash, we can't be responsible for what PayPal or your bank does with their records.

Mail Order

Make checks or money orders out to “Spineless Books.” We currently do not handle credit card orders except online through PayPal.

Shipping

We send things through the U.S. mail in padded envelopes. Sometimes we write things on the outsides of envelopes. We have had no problems so far. If you require speedier delivery or package tracking, let us know.
