Dirk and I would like: As an aperitif, some good Hawaiian, rolled or smoked through ice. A leafy green salad with freshly ground pepper. I prefer a creamy dressing. Chicken and pasta. Superb Californian white wine, perfectly chilled. For dessert, a dark chocolate mousse with white chocolate shavings and raspberry purée. I’ll take a double espresso, Dirk would like a cup of Folgers with nondairy creamer. Some nice Mexican. OBan scotch in large snifters (to collect the aroma). Some really nice Jamaican. Cuban cigars. |
