27 January 1996 NEWSPOEM EDITORIAL I don't think one president is enough. I propose open ballots and mandatory voting: each voter will select somebody else to be their president. If 100,000 people vote for Ross Perot, sure, he's their president but not anybody else's. Everybody will have a president, but most people will also be one.
