U.S. RICH PAY THE LOWEST TAX RATES IN THE INDUSTRIALIZED WORLD

Penthouse editor Bob Guccione agrees. Although the amount he spends on martinis in a day is enough to feed a family of three for a week, he never spills a drop. Bob is concerned that a striking union of public transportation workers in France might give some of his star models the wrong idea: "I've done all I can to make it clear that they are easily replaced."

Then he turned to more serious matters. "This country needs a war someplace its citizens can't spell" the top porn mogul quipped. He is confident that congress will back his plan to send U.S. peacekeepers to Bosnia. There is a new fighter plane with $2,270 hinge on its engine inspection panel and, without peacekeepers actively keeping the peace, it might get shot at.
