M. Chris Fabricant. Busted: Drug War Survival Skills. 2005 Hypertextual Book Design Stuntpilotry; the legal risks of drug use in the US outweigh the health risks. It's all about the cartoons by R. Crumb, how they anchor the design, justifying too many typefaces, many of them too shabby. But the overdone interior does serve an information architecture, replete with sidebars, case studies, useful tips, footnotes, and mostly page numbers with relevant information. It is a reference book, after the comics, slang, and wisecracks. |
