Possibly this is a awkward translation, I can't imagine the language was supposed to be this clunky.

“The Border,” a story of racism in Georgia (written in French), fortunately, seems dated.

The insidious “A Young Man in the Know,” painfully, does not. Assign this one to your English 101 class.

This is social commentary but I wouldn't call it revolutionary.
